About this notice

Data and purposes
When you contact us, we receive information you choose to send, such as your name, email, phone number and project brief, to respond or prepare a proposal. Steps you request before entering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business correspondence and security rely on the legitimate interest in responding and protecting the service (6(1)(f)), subject to your rights. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. Please do not send health information, passwords or unnecessary third-party data.
Services and recipients
The site is published through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Email to info@0studios.gr is forwarded through Cloudflare to a Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail mailbox. WhatsApp, Viber and Discord open only when you follow their links and are also governed by their own policies. International providers may process data outside the EEA. The precise contractual chain, countries, transfer safeguards and provider retention periods still need confirmation for the final policy. We do not claim that all data remains in Greece.
Retention and rights
A detailed retention schedule has not yet been defined. The final policy must limit retention to what is needed for the enquiry, any engagement, and specific legal obligations or claims. This website does not automatically delete correspondence. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to the contact email. GDPR generally requires a response within one month, with an extension permitted in certain circumstances. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Client applications
This notice does not cover NOP swimmer records or other client applications. Each requires a separate notice from its data controller. 0studios provides technical support for the NOP attendance application.
